RE:--the Sedar report says ''former C.E.O. stole over $800,000.And the gong show continues, everyone hands in the cookie jar except ours. 25 million for target company and 51% of our shares. Wow Goldman hope this opens at 50 bucks a share not the 10 you expect. Maybe someone can explain what will happen in way of dilution and what happens to our shares after a reverse take over? If they have to raise 20 million remaining( probably from shares ) then add the usual 1/2  warrants they add. Guess it's the 51%!of shares, where does that come from?
