RE:Legalization or Decriminalization ??? If you add 280e elimination and safe harbour to your #1, that would be nice.
The # 3 is likely even longer. I heard Lisa Murkowski staffers talk about the stakeholders and the high cap ex to build up in Alaska (as we all know). Same in Colorado. The mj lobby in those two states are strong. Same can said for many other northern states.
Only Oregon and California growers want legalization.

The thought of the US legalizing cannabis in the short term is a pipe dream. The Biden Administration has been in no hurry to speed this along and therefore not upsetting some US States in the process.
The thought of the US decriminalizing cannabis WILL happen and it will be sooner rather than later. This does not piss off some US States and everyone is happy.
I believe you will see it happen in this order:
1. SAFE Banking Act will come into effect and left to each State to regulate.
2. Cannabis will be decriminalized federally first followed by legalization in 3-4 years.
3. Canadian LPs will ramp up business and officially get into the game once #1 and #2 are complete.
IMO..... I foresee this all happening in the next 8-12 months.
It's great to be invested in Canopy now and buying at a HUGE discount. Looking back in 2 years you will laugh uncontrollably at the current SP
