Why would anyone spend $15M for $13.237M in share value? 

Ok fair enough WMG is a tech company but I still don't see what their plan is for actually making money. Musk said from day 1 that tesla was meant to be a giant F-U to GM for burning their EV program. Musk planned on revolutionizing the auto industry and succeeded. It's also his only publically traded company... wonder why... (*hint - it doesn't make money*) 

This is not tesla folks. The product isn't a revolutionary new vheicle. The product is the 8th most abundent element on earth's crust.
