RE:RE:RE:Sam...I hear you, and, I agree. I own several miss priced companies with dominant shareholders that treat them as essentially private companies. It is a pain, and sometimes I think it is the essential reason for the discount.
That said, most of us can continue to be able to buy shares below the deal price in the open market, (at least today) and considerably below our guess of long term values.
The reality is that Grippo would have a very difficult time to buy7 plus million dollars of shares at these price points without purchasing from the foundation. I am not sure why we got the shot versus him.
He purchased a half million from the foundation earlier this year for cash $4.5.
He is acting like he likes the long term prospects more than the other large holders.
I think the steamed shareholders should contact the company to express their concerns.
