My thought is that it was a tie..DML and UEX both paid the same amout for the same amount of resources.. Also when I listened to Daveid Cates he basically stated that it was an equal split.. Also the reason he lent UEX the money was it was a last effort for him to get the entire resource for 40 million if UEX could not get the financing completed DML would have all of the resource..
