What is happening now, I think , was started in April when BHP approached Noront about wanting a 9.9 % interest in the company. When Noront asked Wyloo if it would be Ok to let BHP in , I believe that that is the moment that Wyloo decided NOT management was not to be trusted and the vote in June was just a formality, I think Coutts head hit the floor in April.
