Anonymous and CIBC seem determined this last month to keep VLNS market price averaging just under $3.00, and net selling 1.3 million shares last month.

Yes, the shares are a big part of their currency, and acquisitions are negotiated in that context. But can VLNS be setting up for a funding?

Not the end of the world, and likely it would be an institutional placement given the scaling VLNS has achieved.
