Although your shares are worth 2x as much as what was offered, together, the combined entity and soon to be Nasdaq listing could fetch a multiple more in line with the bigger guys. So you'll get your 2 - 4x return right there, never mind any other synergistic growth.

VLNS is a $10 stock, when.... is the only question.
