RE:SheeshAnd btw ragingC I'm not going to rub it in your face about 5million not the total price. Not even going to mention it. So finance at 40 cents which they won't get probably more like 30 cents. So add about 70 million shares plus future warrants. What happens with the part that says they also get half our shares.  We have 217 mill out. We give them half of ours 108.5 million shares puts that clause at at 43.4 million pus the 25 million cash. So does that put the cost of transaction $68.4 million for the target company. Plus any warrants they  throw in the mix. Could I be close or am I doing it wrong?
