The Shamrock Property consists of 40 unpatented load claims, accessible by paved road, covering 758 acres and located 20 miles northwest of Medford, Oregon. It also owns a 70% interest in the Great Burnt and South Pond copper and gold properties.

Thanks a lot for the info.....I was just noticing the following from the recent NR and wasn't sure

"one (1) CNC Share will be paid under the Dividend for every 64.92 Spruce Ridge Shares held on the Record Date. It is expected that certificates evidencing the CNC Shares paid under the Dividend will be mailed to shareholders of Spruce Ridge on or shortly after August 28, 2021."
