RE:Some More New Pics On Creek Diversion,if it's well planned then they should have scheduled all relevant civil works related to foundations prior to the temperatures dropping and not allowing for concreting works anymore. if that is done, then they can use the whole winter to install any initial steel structures or machinery that is to arrive. there is more than enough works that can be performed during the winter; it just needs good planing. anybody that hears anything otherwise needs to replace their planer or project manager. if there is snow; then you just need to prepare logistically with with simple temporary welding shelters...all done before. 

if they placed the PO's too late for equipment/steel and missed the advantage of using the winter for those types of works, they then lost 4-5 months in potential progress.
