RE:RE:RE:Bruce Campbell Take it as a clue if you are a trader, most of the time when these guys appear on BNN and pump a stock, that the next day or two should be your exit point. However it doesn't always work, and with low trading volume it makes it even more difficult to time.
I too have been around, even longer than yourself. Yes we have all done well with the spinout of VMD and the old PHM, now QUIPT. QIPT is just now gaining some real traction in the space, it will be interesting to see what David Chester can accomplish, but I doubt very much that Crawford will give him free reins. Getting the right fit, at the right price for QUIPT will remain in strong focus, as it should. The timeframe to complete an acquisition does matter, however it is down the list of importance in my view.
Make the right deal, grow the brand, grow the foot print, the new patients are acquired, let the cross selling come into play. But what we as shareholders all lose sight of, is the fact that serving and providing the best in homecare is top of list to these patients. Word of mouth is your best advertisement tool, give these patients what they need and want to be able to stay in their homes for a reasonable price. Do that, and your patients will remain loyal.
