Agree totally. Keep it quiet until the deal is signed or you get someone coming in and undercutting you, it's a cutthroat business world the last time I checked.

Any shorts will get a religious experience when we get our deal signed in Alberta and our Sage bank evaluation and schedule out.

Does anyone know if we get our land re-evaluated in filings to provide more value to our stock now that its approved to build, or is that going to still be our purchase price of 1M back in 2009 until we start selling?
