It does however drive home a point that management can NOT BE TRUSTED and this disturbs me that people who seem to have come from the financial world don't understand that your word is your WORTH. You don't run a business by telling folks what they want to here or what you think will make them happy.

So am I pleased......do I sound pleased....I have a large...and I mean a large chunk of cash in this venture........so believe me I am not a happy camper

He has been confident in his opinion, dismissive of those that disagree with his opinion, pretending to be a wise old folksy type.
He has done this on multiple boards, dismissing the possibility of reverse splits on other companies, that then went on to consolidate....
all the while promoting others buy in
