All good Hey guys great posts I'm reading here. Love the valuation efforts Dirk, however I couldn't agree more with the posters here that advise that this is not whatsoever a fundamental play at all, it isn't. Too many uncertainties and variables that no book could ever account for fully, and I also agree that this is a speculative in that this stock will really see substantial gains if the word gets out enough. I personally feel like the SP movement upwards and at the end of the day hovering above $1.50 is definitely a good sign in how much anticipation really lays in that basin and how many eyes are really out there. I got into this play because I was long Oil (blessing and curse) before Covid-19 hit and heard from a friend that I should look into Guyana because the balls getting rolled there to say the least. Looked into it more and discovered what Exxon and Total and Apache have done and wanted in instantly specially after looking into how much potential Cgx has and they're relation with the country of Guyana itself. I am a 22 year old finance major so it didn't take too long for me to realize that I can't really apply many fundamental ratios and translate them to viable DCFs with good certainty as there is so much uncertainty in ONE topic and that's funds.. I realized that the true investment here lays within the country of Guyana and their oil and I truely believe Cgx Energy is Guyana's Oil Company and if that's the country that is going to making noise in the oil markets by 2025, I'm all in, my risk tolerance can definitely allow it. I don't think it's a matter of if just when. Who doesn't wanna own a part of company that has started operations in a country that can potentially have bigger oil per capita boom than Dubai!! Guyana's economy itself is slated to spike ten fold because of this, y'all needa wake up! I'm new to this stock and I could still look past all the uncertainty with management, reports etc. and see the bigger picture and that's what institutions don't want us retailers to do. They want us to buy into microeconomic trends because we make em but I'm gonna warn you guys to inference any short term financial data with long term macro trends and you'll be the one laughing not them. Cgx is it just stay patient and ride it out folks.
