This is what showed up this morning on the TDWB site:

Bid / Ask$23.25 / $23.25

SU closed at Cdn$23.28 yesterday.  Subtracting the $0.21 dividend, TD reset the bar at $23.07 this morning. 

The early morning bid and ask prices are subject to jumping around until the market opens, just like every other day.

I would suggest that you go back and check your statement for the past quarter because you should have received the dividend if you bought shares the day before the ex-dividend date.
