The Company controls about 32 mining claims and three mining leases in the Matachewan Gold Area. The Pense Property is located in Pense Township, Ontario. The claims are located near the Quebec provincial border, approximately 25 kilometers east of Englehart, Ontario, in the Larder Lake Mining Division.

SRI's Holds almost 32 million shares of VRB ENERGY

Sparton holds 31,953,488 shares of VRB ENERGY (see note 13 of the Audit financial statements), not 1.49 Million, as suggested by the last poster. it looks like he took the percentage ownership of Sparton rather than VRB. VRB is currently private.
