As of the date of this Prospectus, the Company has passed the Security Clearance Stage and is currently at the Review Stage of the licensing process. On June 4, 2019, Health Canada issued a status letter to the Company indicating it had completed a preliminary and highlevel review of its application, and had no critical concerns at this time. The next stage is submission of a Site Evidence Package to Health Canada, which the Company expects to complete within 50 to 90 days from the date of this Prospectus. Management has estimated that it could be issued the Production Licence and the Sales Licence in summer 2019"
