POTENTIAL BUYOUT PRICE

POTENTIAL BUYOUT PRICEPOTENTIAL BUYOUT PRICE

Here’s some history on the IMG share price.
  • On December 31/20, the share price closed at $4.67 CDN
  • On February 22/21, CEO purchased 285,000 at $3.99 CDN
  • On March 29/21, CFO purchased 105,000 at $3.83 CDN
  • On June 11th the share price closed at $4.50 CDN
  • It’s only in the month of August the share price dropped to around the $3.00 range!
In my opinion, if there’s a buyout, the price will be in the $5.00 to $6.00 range based on the current conditions, unless things should change drastically and there’s a change in the base lines. Or we have a Bidding war, big rise in the gold price etc…If the share price reaches $6.00 as compare to the current low price of $3.00 that would be indeed a nice premium! A 100% increase.

Obviously, the current executive management group will want a price higher than their share allotments and options values!  After all this will be their retirement fund!

This is my take on the share buyout price; if you have a scenario that calculates a higher price, please share your rational with us. Thank you in advance.
