RE:How long does it take to win a trademark?Trademarks can take a quite a few months to be awarded/registered.  The entire process can take 12-24 months if everything goes smoothly.  I might be wrong, but I would like to believe that it does not prevent Stage from using the "brand" while it is being processed by the USPTO.
