RE:RE:RE:RE:This is the news I've been waiting for ...First, thank you jdn55 for your comments. The second part of the study you are talking about is important but ... Will this second part of the study determine an added value to the Kobada project? I am not sure. Is it essential to conclude a transaction? I do not believe. Is it essential for obtaining bank financing or at least low cost financing? It is quite probable. In short, I believe that we must limit hopes about the consequences on the stock price for what remains to be delivered from this study. I am happy for the shareholders of AGG because the new resource calculation once again demonstrates the potential of the Kobada permit. This 43-101 alone justifies the SP increase and for the long-term investor, it is convincing enough to attract a quality partner. This is another step in the right direction. In short, you can fully enjoy the news released this morning without waiting for what will be released at the end of the month.
@Wolfofnoobst: Personally, I don't consider inferred resources in my value calculations. The distance between these holes is too large to do the math like you are doing.
On the other hand, increasing Measured and Indicated Type Resources may increase the base amount you allocate per ounce of gold. The variation of the gold grade is also a parameter which influences this base amount. It is a complex and highly variable calculation that must evolve depending on the situation. Personally, I think it would be a good idea at this point to exclude the inferred resources and increase the base value to $ 30. It remains a very careful calculation.
Regarding warrants, it is obvious that they can affect the overall value of the project in the context of a merger. Every warrant that expires is good news in itself. Based on what you have already published on this subject, we can already consider that the warrants that will expire in January 2022 have very little chance of being exercised.
Finally, I remind you that I am not a shareholder of AGG because I prefer to be on the side of a potential buyer such as RBX. I'm not judgmental, it's just risk management.
Good luck to you
