RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TMX - Site Specific Emergency Response Plan - Spread 5B

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TMX - Site Specific Emergency Response Plan - Spread 5BSavy, you have touched on an interesting point with Macro and TMX.

A couple smart guys at Berkshire once said we should focus on (1) What is knowable; and (2) What is important.

For Macro, the current NGTL work is known and important. We have a contract that we can point to and a rough idea of how this contract will impact shareholder value.

The TMX situation is different. We know that it meets criteria (2) of Importantance in that it could be worth several million in shareholder equity. However, there is very little information out there regarding Macro's potentially continuing role which makes criteria (1) of Knowable more challenging.

Macro is a significant holding for me and could be for others. As we work to piece together the puzzle of "the value of Macro" I feel compelled to share my findings. There are certainly other items that impact the value of Macro that I am missing and would love to hear from others what those items could be.

Sincerely,

LR
