The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

"convinced" Never. Been around the Howe St hustle long enough to know a news release means nothing coming from these Jr shell corrupt companies. Who cares about the video Farshad did with a one sided shareholder point of view. By the way, right after the video the stock lost over 50% of it's value. Gotta like Farshad's fake smile he had a hard time maintaining through out the video. That alone should tell you a lot.

The video Chad Day did in June is the real story. No fake smile or BS unlike Farshads.
