RE:RE:RE:RE:I see my BIPC fihnally showed up

RE:RE:RE:RE:I see my BIPC fihnally showed upI am not sure a proxy is any good to BIPC now that the goal has been moved to 80% ish(100% if you include theirs and BMOs).  I suspect that after Sept 3 they will be given approval to initiate a final transaction to take up the remainder of the shares.  It will be interesting to see what price that will be at and how long it will take to do it.

My interest now is unhitching BIPC's share price from IPL's.  I hope IPL is de-listed soon.

bipc knows they got a deal on ipl.

Brookfield are snapping up ipl at 20.01 -  20.03 on the market, higher than $20 offered price.

Kind of irritating that Quintessential1 gets to tender later and gets the full rock and most of us get the screw. Just confirms my thoughts that I will never willingly be an investor in any Brookfield product.

I suggest you understand the securities laws before posting. The law is very clear. While there is a Takeover Bid outstanding, Brookfield cannot buy shares other than pursuant to the Bid.
