just look at their press releases since 2013 and look at where it currently stand as a corporation.... just that will be enough to run for your life. 

and if you dig deeper you will quickly realize Nick is about to run to Aruba with investors money.

Also he has his farm up for sale... the farm that AFI paid and its under his name. run run run.
