RE:Someone knows something!!

RE:Someone knows something!!I am not a conspiracy theorist but I do find it weird that in a period of time where you would expect increased volatility the share price has been extremelly consistent since July 30th.

Is it possible that some price manipulation is happening to set a price so that the premium on shares stays consistent? Say for example the proposed takover price works out to 15 cents per share. Harte shareholders would vote know if they share price creeps up to 11 or 12 cents before it is announced. If Harte shares fall to 3 or 4 cents the shareholders of the buying company might not like that they are paying a 300% premium.

Another explanation could be that the offer is just not that high and those in the know are confident 7 cents is accurate for a fair current price.

The most likely explanation is that everyone is just in a wait and see pattern (and no real offer out there yet) but every day that goes by where we just bounce from 6.5 to 7 on low volume makes me more and more suspicious.
