RE:RE:RE:Lost supportNo reason to issue any shares to anyone for any reason that I can see.    The company has cash.  The company has cash flow.   The company is not overly indebted.   The company has a great development project ahead of it.   

IF we think mission is good,    then we should just sell some industrial properties in Vancouver and Buyback shares.    Or sell some Mission acres and buyback shares.    Or sell the 50% of the one with Grippo and buyback shares.   

I understand we get the 50% of the FFO from this building after we issue the shares.   IMO it is dilutive to FFO "PER SHARE" ,  pro-forma"  after the new shares are issued,  to do this deal.
