I think you are reading too much into this. They are dividing the 300kwg.a share 1/3 to make the math easier.  Just imagine for a minute if the had made the 300:1kwg.a share ( which they could have) 357:1 originally; try doing the math on that one!! The 300:1 share holds 300 votes, the (new) 100:1 share will hold 100 votes, and the original 1 share will hold 1 vote. 

if you really think management is try to pull a fast one here, you should me more concerned about the creation of special shares ( voting topic 5) and or ( voting topic 4. ( creation of specisl shares) . This is where they COULD  insert language that no one understands and cause a real sh1t storm on these bullboards. Personally, i think ( and hope) everything is on the up and up. The least worry is the subdivision of the 300:1 share into the 100:1 share in my view.
