AUborealis: To clarify, I am sure KG is getting some options and incentives, just like other employees are. The BOD will make sure. I just meant that it would have been nice if KG could have got on the really lucrative options and 8M issued rights (3DB shares) that all other executives and BOD got as listed in the executive compensation filing.
