I don't think he expected to go passed the 8hr shift in 1 year. He was just making it clear that we had options and could scale up significantly if needed. What I did like, he considered if machinery went down and has a plan to deal with that. So even if we are an IP company, production is something we appear to be prepared to do effectively with lots of room to grow.
