Its facilities are designed to operate with no harmful emissions and through the conversion of waste-to-fuel, it can help reduce methane emissions from landfills, as well as reduce reliance on imported biofuels made from agricultural products. The Company’s Aldersyde Demo Facility is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Calgary, features a 2.5-acre site and a plant which provides proof of concept that can convert wood waste biomass to fuel.

What's all the fuss!Not sure why everyone is so concerned about McWither and not talking about Cielo.
Yes, their financials are delayed due to changes in how they recorded stock holdings in the company. After reading through all this jibberish I went to the company website and found the 3 page letter where everything is explained. There is going to be a delay to the release of their latest report to allow them to get theire books in line with accounting principals decreed by the stock exchange. sounds like a bunch of peole want the stock to fall for personal reasons. Also sounds like a great time to buy.
