RE:RE:Insider buying on open market for $0.70 per share hmmm.... ?There are severl "inconsistencies" in SEDI reporting. You would need to track down the code (11 in Glazier case) and it says "carried out privately", but I don't know what it mean..."grant of option" carried out privately?
Normally, options would be granted (= given) to "insiders" for their service and for them to collect the future profit. They are all arrnanged "privately" anyway, since nobody was asking permission from us. As long s the BoD approves the granting, but it has to be reported (SEDI).
Scroll down the SEDI listing for other codes, such as 10, 50, 51, etc...Note some +/- signs nd colour coding red/green are difficult to understand (SEDI may have messed up there too).
