Management caused the sale.

Management caused the sale. Many many years ago, I held shares sub a dollar in Logibec.
It was very cheap, in a good growth sector.
One year they decide to not translate their statements from French. Being not language gifted, I called to complain to the Ceo and control holder. I could not read the statements.
He told me if I didn't like it, I could sell my shares.
I'm pretty sure he was on the other side buying them. I was so pissed off at him.
That stock turned into a darling. I gave up a million being goaded out of my position. That was when a million was serious money.
A lot is made of management. I have read so much from Munger etc.
In some cases, you hold your nose. In small companies management can be greedy. But, shrewd.
Logibec, my seared in lesson, may cost me further, maybe not.
