Despite the impressive increase in mineral resources, one has to consider the lack of new mineral reserves. Therefore, it is well advised to keep the value of $ 25.

It is important to understand that this is only a basis of calculation that can be considered arbitrary because the amount of information to be processed to properly assess the value of a license is not limited to this.

Nonetheless, let me justify my previous estimate of $ 30 by the fact that the more ounce of gold there is, the easier it will be to recoup the cost of a plant. Therefore, it is normal to increase the value of this parameter as the quality of the project evolves. For now, let's stick to $ 25.
