This doesn't mean it does work and just needs to work better, whick usually means better control (adding transmitters, bigger pumps, fans, lines, etc). They most likely hired 3 engineering companies to speed up the MOC process. The problem in industry today is getting parts in a timely manner - I have recently seen up to 12 weeks to recieve an instrucment and/or valve. I wouldn't expect this unit to be up and running by the end of the month, unless it is a very minor issue, which I doubt since they have hired 3 Engineering Company. I sold my shares at $0.90 and will be waiting to buy back in when these issues are resolved.
IMO the engineers need to find problem before any new redesign and then have parts manufactured and test again.. This isn't going to happen by the end of September. We have to expect delays in a company like this. Unfortuately it will be quite a while before it is resolved. We invest to make money. Not to invest so the insiders can sell. Some say they sell as it is part of their salary. Look at the amount that some have sold..
