1- We don't know what the starting share count was at 1%.
2- The share prices in his portfolio change daily and therefore the percentage $'s of an individual stock in his portfolio will change daily whether he sells any shares of anything or not. (if RHT goes up to $10 on Wed, the percentage $'s he holds vs his portfolio will go up without buying any shares).

So no, the percentage change doesn't spell it out for me. Hope the rest of your day goes better though!
