The West Pecos Gas Field encompasses a vast infrastructure, including 188 wells, over 50 miles of gas collection lines, and 77,000 acres of oil and gas leases. Its secondary focus is developing hydrogen assets located within their helium fields.

So where do the shares that will trade on the NASDAQ come from? Do the OTC shares get moved there? Is there some mechanism whereby a market maker can have shares from the TSX shifted to the NASDAQ? I'm assuming we will also continue to trade on the TSX as a dual listing.
