RE:RE:RE:RE:Cell penetrating peptidesGood insights! I wasn't aware of agencies not favouring mixed molecules but yes they still have approved some 11 ADCs and 2 PDCs.
My point was since both the company mentioned less costly manufacturing of PDCs and the article touch based on it the reason is as mentioned earlier. That is an economic advantage when and if THTX's PDC gets approved.
