RE:Recent Richard Gillis interview. Well over 50 clients at LBF

RE:Recent Richard Gillis interview. Well over 50 clients at LBFIs that wishfull thinking in regards to your Bruce Linton reference????  Confusing comment to say the least!  I'm thinking you are in favour of installing Bruce as a director of Tinley but could be mistaken for him already being on the board and you want to replace him.

We should be so lucky to have Linton work some magic for Tinley.  What he did for Canopy is amazing.  He raised cash to buy all kinds of pot related businesses to put Canopy at the forefront as world leaders and his last coupe was Constellation's investment of $5 billion Canadian.  A major multi-unicorn beverage manufacturer and distributor saw a future with cannabinoid infused beverages and chose Canopy to facilitate that progress.  $5 Billion did a lot to legitimize that marijuana and hemp are going to be a real part of the consumer chain and Constellation knows beverages.

Both companies will synergize each other as Constellation applies their business sense to Bruce Lintons company building skills to be a lean and mean, profitable alternate vice beverage option.

Interestingly, they aren't in California yet, but Tinley is!  Tinley deserves A's for perseverence and F's for timely delivery and we are a legit, bona fide thc infused beverage manufacturer who are on the verge of some serious profit realization.

Tinley isn't sitting on their hands but building up their facility for alternate packaging to accomodate their surplus line capacity built into their State of the Art bottling line.  These guys know what they need and are intent on delivering it and are doing just that, while dealing with Covid and an undecided US marketplace where this type of business could be construed as illegal depending on which branch of govenment you are dealing with.

None of the law and policy makers are dealing with the intricacies of size of bottles, labeling, distribution and inspections, well!

This will take lobbying by the big players with their politicos to change what needs to be changed.  I'm not sure what Tinley can do on their own because we are a frugally built operation, bought and paid for, trying to get our skus out to consumers in California.

I think Tinley made a wrong move when they decided not to do CBD but it is a swamped market that will sort itself out, and we can jump back in by subbing CBD for THC anytime we want to do the work.

I've been in for a long time and used to talk with Bruce when this company was an infant.  I found him to be sincere and caring about this shareholder, with a personal touch.  I liked the concept and bought in.  In hindsight I should have capitalized when it hit $2 and re-entered at lower prices, but I didn't sell a share because I still believe that Tinley can do better, when things come together.

We have a lot of "flash in the pan" companies jumping on board with newcomers that are intent on doing what we do, which makes me feel confident in my decision to stay the course.

Tinley is just getting to the stage of profits while some of the major LPs are losing 100's of millions of dollars and they are trying to get where Tinley is already at in California.

I said before that we are still a couple of quarters away from black ink but beverages are high margin skus and fast sellers if you make the grade.  My gut tells me that there is going to be a 95% plus failure rate for cannabinoid beverages and thankfully Tinley took their time formulating, testing and retweaking their recipes, enough to win a couple of peer awards.

That gives me confidence!
