I don't believe it.LOL. Canamex under CTO for 2 years by CEO David Vincent's regulatory breach for not filing financials. Now we find out that he is a director of yet another company that was criminally prosecuted by the regulator for EXACTLY THE SAME thing? ........and you want us to believe it was someone else's fault? Seriously?

Another point, how can Marketman123 possibly have known what Defense Counsel submissions were? 

Meanwhile, we Canamex shareholders have lost everything....

If anyone knows the outcome of the court please post it.
