I missed where I bashed...was it by pointing out the stock's pathetic, unrelentingly downward slope?

Additionally, I continue to be astounded by people like you who accept Management's continued incompetence to address this downward spiral via:

1. Performance (there has been nothing but writedowns, cash burn and record losses)
2. Timely reporting and engagement with its shareholders (multiple missed deadlines, leading to a Management Cease Trade Order and fines).

How long is acceptable for shareholders to be kept in the dark by ignoring regulatory obligations while management pays itself with sh money, according to you?
