Private placement closed & market reacts :(

The private placement deal is now closed and the market is telling Roger and the board this was a terrible deal, thank god we are catching some spray off the tidal waves rocking everyone else share price. Roger has failed us one too many times now, failed to spin-out coex as promised, failed to create shareholder value, Failed to invest in UEX with his own hard earned money, Fails to engage retail investors, failed to properly finance JCU deal. The financing now turns out to the most embarrassing part of the JCU deal. I'm currently a long with 3M uex shares with a Buy-in 22.5. I would like Roger to resign or be replaced by the board for his fumbles and missteps.
