NO!That's my reponse to diluting the stock to gain $200 million to speed up clearwater. Bte is trading at $2 because of the general mood towards energy and management borrowing cash to fund projects. It took years for BTE to finally move away from this downward spiral and it will take years to fix their books. The debt is still massive (1.6 billion) but their is hope that it can be dwindled down. If they get their house in order, the sp will reflect this. Diluting will only drive away further retail investors at this point. DO THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT THE ARTICLE SAID AND BUYBACK SHARES AT THESE DEPRESSED LEVELS!
