Look at SEDI reports.

He has twice undermined stock appreciation by dumping shares, and then diluted the company's stock massively with private placement and debentures.

He's screwing retail investors to get his inside traders huge volumes of shares, and they will dump long before retial can make any investment.

He is operating this company with retail investors as a targeted enemy.
