RE:Sage Ranch Update plus News ReleaseAfter being smoked out from the fires around Lake Tahoe for over a month, and hearing about all the exotic places people were evacuating to, I decided to evacuate to an exotic location myself, and drove the 6.5 hours to Tehachapi around 10 days ago. I didn't know what I was expecting for a piece of land that will eventually hold 1000 homes, but it IS a huge piece of property. The cars on the far length and width seemed to be specks in the distance. Sure enough, right across from the high school. I can see why Jeff said that it took some time for people to accept this major development in a very established, smaller community. Sage will change the profile of this community in much needed and beneficial ways. When first getting into town, I had no idea where I was going, but knew I was in the right place when the Sage sales office damn near jumped in front of my car from the most prominent location in the center of town. Tehachapi is quaint, clean, and has all the resources professionals would need, without the problems found in the other cities nearby. I don't have much to add to Jeff's description of the benefits of this investment, but after spending a night in Tehachapi, I can definitely confirm that everything he says about it is true. I had no doubts before, but having seen it for myself has given me added confidence that this is huge for GRB.
