NEO Battery Materials Ltd. is a Canadian battery materials technology company. Its material provides improvements in capacity and efficiency over lithium-ion batteries using graphite in their anode materials.

A combination of a weak market for startups, and a lot of cheap paper to work through. It's going to take something substantial to get this back over a dollar.
