RE:2020/2021 Production target 350 ktHello ICT1111. Thanks for your post sharing expectations on tonnes sold and the associated $ revenues.
I am going to go out on a limb and suggest the Q3 sales will actually exceed the 150,000 tonnes production capacity by eating into the 20,000 tonnes of finished product that was in inventory as at June 30, 2021. This will take some pressure off the Q4 target that would then be required to hit CVs annual production estimate that has been previously shared and confirmed.
Based on the truck counts entering and leaving the Sao Gotardo processing plant, Q3 activity certainly looks to be hitting and exceeding the daily maximums, and this should be reflected in the Q3 numbers to be published in November - released on the 15th. Of course, the Company may be shipping some product to farmers at no charge as part of a promotional campaign. If that is in fact happening, I trust CV will disclose any of this type of activity so we can reconcile the actual numbers to our projection models.
Cheers,
S.
