Is this company or stock ever going to go UP again??!!

Is this company or stock ever going to go UP again??!! I bought shares in this company a long time ago (1 + year) and it's been going down ever since then. I can't believe I didn't sell this when it hit $1.70!! 

This company stock continues to go down/down/down and it's almost completely worthless now! I guess I'm a sucker for buying into these therapeutics and thinking they would actually start treating depression with psilocybin / ketamine.

Is anyone still holding the bags like I am and down 76%!! Hopefully something can turn this around but this is turning out to be my worst investment by far!
