The lawsuit was over a lend feature introduced by Coinbase meaning this feature would be treated as an investment which according to the SEC if classified as an investment it would then fall under SEC regulations. Coinbase disputes this classification. Banxa has no such feature. This lawsuit will not have any affect on Banxa.
