RE:RE:Did you know...

RE:RE:Did you know...Keeler, you correct these misleading clowns over and over again but they refuse to understand. No wonder everyone with shares (except for T) are in the red.

Keeler wrote: Hexo doesn't own the Bellevue Complex (BCI) - and LEASES only 500,000 sq ft of the total 2 million.

Hexo owns 25% of the building - Olegna Holdings owns 75% - a majority owner of Olegna, V, Chiarra - is on the Hexo Board.
Surprised?
Hexo in turn, sub-leases space to Truss.

Hexo lease payments are $9.2 million in 2022/23, $8.7 million in 2024-25 and....$31 million 'Thereafter'. (yes, $31 million)

The ownership arrangment is foudn on SEDAR - June 14/21 MD&A Page 38 'Related Parties'
and the Lease Payment structure is found on the Interim Financial Statments, Page 10 'Lease Liabilities'

Hexo did lend BCI $20 million as part of the original purchase price - but has since been paid back.
